Every care plan is fully personalized. Monday may be a morning and afternoon visit, Tuesday may be morning and evening; whatever works best for your family that week. Just ask and we will make it work.

Our Registered Nurse provides clinical oversight for every client, ensuring care plans are appropriate, staff are qualified, and your loved one's health and safety are always the priority.

One flat monthly rate covers everything. No hourly minimums, no surprise invoices, no extra charges for errands or housekeeping. Families should never have to wonder what is and is not included. Everything is included, always.

All new Vivatra clients on both The Signature and The Premier begin with a comprehensive Registered Nurse home assessment to establish a personalized care plan before services begin. One-time fee: $200. This ensures your care companion arrives informed, prepared, and ready to provide exceptional care from the very first visit.
Companionship Add-On · Available for Both Plans
Approximately 30 minutes of companionship is naturally woven into every Vivatra visit. For families who wish to schedule dedicated extended companionship time, Vivatra offers the following add-ons, subject to care companion availability and advance scheduling.
Extended Companionship (1 hour) — $75 · Half Day (4 hours) — $200 · Full Day (8 hours) — $350

At Vivatra our care companions work through a personalized task list, not a clock. Your loved one's care is complete when everything on their daily plan is done, not when a timer goes off.
Because the same aide visits three times a day, tasks flow naturally across visits. Laundry started in the morning is moved to the dryer at the afternoon visit and folded in the evening; nothing forgotten, nothing rushed.
